Terms and Conditions / Cancellation:
The prices are net/gross according to the small business regulations, but include other taxes and duties, excluding entrance fees or other costs.
Payment is usually made in cash on site, but is also possible by bank transfer in advance or by arrangement.
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the tour, after which I will charge a cancellation fee of € 100 up to 24 hours before the tour begins. From this 24-hour period or if the group does not show up at the agreed meeting point, the tour is considered to have taken place and the full tariff without deductions is due.
If there are any delays, please let me know in good time by calling +43(0)660 4041017. As an Austria guide, I wait for up to an hour at the agreed meeting point - the elapsed time is included in the tour time.
The liability of the Austria Guide is limited to the amount of the agreed fee. Participation in a tour is at your own risk. General terms and conditions apply, place of jurisdiction is Salzburg. GDPR agreed.
